Shipping Information:
Orders for candles usually ship in 5-7 business days. Glass personalized gifts usually ship within one week of when the order is received. Refunds and Returns: Candles can be returned if there is no damage to the candles. The customer will pay shipping both ways. Glass Gifts since they are personalized cannot be returned. However, if for any reason we make an error in the etching, we will ship a new one out as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policies: Cancellation must be made within 8 hours of us receiving the order. We do our utmost to meet our customers deadlines, and therefore the orders get processed very quickly. For returning merchandise: please call 1-877-812-6496 for instructions.
